I got it to donate for a toy drive and thought it was a great gift that either a young boy or girl would like.

A pretty decent amount but of legos here. A solid selection to build a feel things. My son is very creative but he also like to follow a specific character or item to build. He is very happy with this set and it was very reasonably price too. We haven’t bought maybe legos because we is only 5. But a fair price for a good amount of legos. Happy kid happy dad right.

I ordered these for my four year old to start her collection and they are great. I was surprised to find that the base of the box is cardboard, and the top is plastic. (I thought they would both be plastic to use a a reusable container). Another difference from the lego sets I used to get in the 80s were a lot more specialty pieces, relative to the number of actual brick shapes. I would have loved a set with just the basic bricks. Unrelated to the items themselves, I did curbside pick up the day before Christmas, with my 4 year old in the back seat, and they brought these and the other toys I ordered out without concealing them. Even if you just tuck things in a reusable tote, it would be much appreciate for pre-Christmas toy shoppers. This is a PSA for other parents, as well as a heads up for BB employees who are not clued in to the whole parenting thing yet. (Incidentally the least likely people to read this review.)

You can never go wrong with Legos. Bought this for a child during our 8 day road trip. You can create an array of things just from this box.

He loves it and it’s a perfect way for a child to express his creativity and a parent to get exercise, because they have to bend over and pick-up all the little pieces.

This is the perfect set for small children who loves to build with an imagination. Easy to connect together and loads of fun.

Got this as a Christmas gift for my daughter. She loves to build her own creations and this gives her the perfect opportunity to do so. I got this on sale... these are super affordable if you’re looking for a last minute gift for someone.

This is a great starter box for young children. It comes with suggestions on what to create and also tells you how to go online to learn how to make more. I was a little disappointed to discover the bottom half of the box is cardboard, not plastic. From the looks of the top, I thought I was getting a nice plastic storage container like what I received Duplos in. This was not the case.

The creative packaging is what attracted me to this purchase. There are enough diverse Legos to create many objects in colorful arrays. There are also ideas included to get started with. A wonderful gift of imagination for any child.

Fun and entertaining for kids and adults alike! Only downfall is that not all the instructions are in the booklet provided. You have to download them off the lego website.
