My order said that i was going to be picking this item up. DID NOT GET AND IT NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT!!! VERY UPSET WITH BEST BUY!!! AFTER SPENDING OVER 4 HOURS TOTAL HOLDING ON MY PHONE TO GET HELP :((((((
