Delayed shipping and now a replacement isn’t possible since item is sold out. Customer service isn’t very helpful. Got disconnected multiple times. Very frustrating.

Its like if somebody ran over the box on each time and taped it with clear duct tape and expected for product to sell that way. Very disappointed. I asked for my full refund on the 3rd and final time. I would only recommend this lego set if you are able to purchase it undamaged.
