Cars on the ocean floor? But still fun

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm not sure what sense a car makes on the ocean floor (except for the rotating wheels that become propellers) but they always got to give this character a "car" of sorts so he can go ZOOOm. All the same, a fun build and a great line.
