Bought this for my 10 year old grandson, took him about 3 hours to construct it, and he had so much fun putting it together! He loved it! He gives it a thumbs up!

Great R2-D2 Lego build. Was able to get this on sale. Nice Lego build and the size with C-3PO.

Got it with a gift card I got for Christmas, and enjoyed putting it together with my daughter. It's a pretty decent size, so I'm happy with it.

Decent build with fun posing and play features. However what makes this a must buy for me is the Darth Malak anniversary minifigure. I love KOTOR so to finallt get a fig from that game (because i never got revan) is amazinf. The detail on the minifig is amazing, great new piece for the mouth, and amazing arm and leg printing.

I was surprised by the result because it's beautiful. My son has loved everything Star Wars, ever since he was little.

This is a fantastic Lego set. The building is entertaining, and the model itself looks great!

I enjoyed putting R2-D2 together. These legos sets are great and addicting.

This is a fun set to put together....BUT! Be prepared to wade through missing parts, insturctions that contain images only, and, in the end...finding that those 4-5 missing parts translates to one or two missing parts as you find the interspersed among the other bags. I ended up one part short (replaced for free on-line) and with 11 extra parts! Also: if you attach the midde leg, beware that the unit will be back-weighted and will easily fall over backwards (with parts scattered everywhere!). You can remove the middle leg or take off the footpads to add security. Also, there are no electronics so...no beeps or whistles or lights. But it is an impressive unit and I'm leaning to get the bigger one now that I know what to expect.

If you ship legos, they shouldn't br shipped with out an outer box, also dont put sickers on the retail box. Makes me not want to order form best buy just for that reason.

As usual, Lego does some great work with the Star Wars figures and ships. We have several versions of the R2 droid over the years from Lego, and this one is no disappointment. Build was straightforward, plenty of details for any enthusiast to enjoy. This makes a great display piece. For people with smaller ones who want to play, there is some limited playability but this is really best for display.

Love all these Lego Star wars figures and this one is perfect for adding to the new C-3PO as a pair that they always were in the movies. This one is still well detailed giving it's smaller size from the earlier Lego R2-D2 which is also great to own.
