Hilarity with Star Wars
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game is pretty fun and easy to pick up. I was worried when reading another reviewer's comments. Just read the very short instruction manual and go have fun. You basically play the action portions of the movie and the dialogue (even though they don't talk) takes place in the cut-scenes. I'll agree with one of the other reviewers that if your not into Star Wars, then maybe this isn't for you. But really, who looks at a Star Wars game that isn't into Star Wars. The levels that I have played didn't have a time limit even though they were timed for posterity. So there is plenty of time to look around and explore. There are some areas that you can't access unless you are playing in free mode. (Story mode is the main game and follows the movies)

Great fun for all ages
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. What an adorable game. The characters do a lot of funny things, and just having the environments made of LEGO makes everything a lot of fun. Many well-loved plot segments from the movies are present here, and the game play is set up such that if you go wrong and your character dies, you just pick right up in the same place--even young and unskilled players will be able to get through the story with some persistence. The only difficulty I had was in figuring out what I was supposed to do on a few levels. I eventually figured them all out though. (Note to self: don't forget that R2-D2 can fly, like in the prequels!)

Great Game for Kids
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this for my 4 year old son who is a huge Star Wars fan. The game is very clever and follows the story line of the movies. It is challenging and long enough to make it interesting, but not so overly complicating for kids to complete. Adults can enjoy this game as well since it has multiple chapters to pass, each with different kinds of tasks/puzzles. The price is great for a game of this quality. We ended up purchasing the Lego Indiana Jones and the Lego Star Wars III Clone Wars games after the positive experience with this game. My kids wanted to get Grandpa this game for his birthday (he has his own Wii that he plays regularly - never to old to play!!). He has enjoyed playing it as well!

Fun, but gets repetitive
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The game is fun, I wish they had put more remote 'motions' into it. The story line is exactly matching the movies, which is fine, but there is no dialog, which is a bit weird. The game play is a bit repetitive, however.

As Good As The Force
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. With all the star wars episodes from l to Vl (1 to 6) this game is pure fun! With cool graphics and a wii remote for a lightsaber or gun this game will be hard to beat!

Our family LOVES this game
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Of all the Wii games we have, my family loves this one the best. Be prepared to get sucked in for hours at a time. All of my kids are teens, so the play is pretty straighforward though some levels are a little unclear as to what action you need to do until you have died a few times. Also, we were a few levels into a game before we figured out it was saving it and how. But you can go ape with the light saber and cut down anyone around (Jar-Jar ... goodbye). That alone is one of the funnest parts of the game. Oerall, a very clever and fun game that you are not going to beat in a few days.

Well worth the $20 paid for this game!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My son is 5 and he has been playing this game and is taking a long time to complete, which gives him the challenge to get through the different levels, purchase and gain new characters and also hunt for special objects in each level as well. If your children are like mine who have no patience, this game will give them that time to work on achieving each level and give them hours of play on it. Its better than the Lego Batman I purchased for him after this game.

Far better than expected
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game is packed with play! Hundreds of unlockables, all 6 Star Wars movies are playable, cute story line using the Lego people, and fairly easy control make this game a winner...especially with kids. If your kids like Star Wars, this will keep them busy for quite a while.

Awesome Star Wars Adventure
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this game for Christmas and It was great. I really like star wars and the game gives you a chance to go through all the episodes and have a chance to play as almost any character. The motion controls work fine, for the light saber, but thats basically where they end. After a while I just used the B button to wield the lightsaber which is still fun to do. There is a long campaign and many multiplier options to keep this game interesting, just know that if you dont like star wars, this game may not be for u.

Fun game
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my wife since she love the Star Wars stuff, but we are not gamers. So, as far as the storyline goes, it's fun, but since we are not into all the games, we are not great at learning all the controls. It's take some getting use to. You use both the remote and the nunchuck and all the buttons and joystick and the motion. If we were teenage kids we would kick butt at this game, but 30 somethings (non gamers) will have a harder time. Especially 2 players.

Very fun for all ages
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game is so fun and it is challenging enough for adults to stay interested but easy enough for kids to enjoy playing as well. Plus the Lego versions of the Star Wars characters are so cute. Only thing I do not like is when in two player mode if one player moves too far ahead in the game it will make your character fall off platforms and cliffs and my kid thinks it's funny to do this on purpose >.< lol.

One of my favorite Wii games.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game is really best played by one player. It is an adventure game with lots of puzzles to solve and enemies to dispense with. This game is also best played twice: once to get through the cuteness of the story; and a second time to get all the bonuses (bricks, unlockables and whatnot). After that, it doesn't really stand up to a casual gamer who just wants a quick fun game. The game is relatively easy with unlimited lives and simple, repetitive puzzles (hence 3 stars for "Challenge")-- sure I would get stuck at a couple of particularly hard puzzles, but I eventually get through it. That said, I really love this game -- but maybe that's because I am a Star Wars fanboy at heart. In our household there are two types who play this game: 1. Me - a 34-year old kid who wants to relive the Star Wars movies, and who enjoys adventure games; and 2. my two nephews, ages 8 and 9, who just want to destroy everything in sight.

Awesome!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game is great and sooooo cute! There's a lot of hacking and slashing but instead of blood and guts, blocks fly everywhere! There are so many different things going on. There are 36 chapters to go through plus several bonus chapters but that's not all. Besides beating all of the chapters, you have to collect 3 gold bricks per chapter. You get 1 for beating the chapter, 1 for collecting enough coins to achieve "true jedi" status, and 1 for collecting all 10 canisters in the chapter. Most of the time, you have to go through the level at least twice to get all three bricks. This game is equally fun for one player as it is for two. There is a "drop out" feature that is so handy. A second player can join you at any time and either player can drop out at any time while the remaining character continues playing. I played a lot of Mario games when I was younger and then stayed away from video games for a long time so getting used to using both the nunchuk and the remote took a little getting used to but I picked it up in no time. This is a great game for novice and experienced gamers.

One of the Best Games Ever
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My family and I enjoy this game immensly. The silly clips are funny but the game play is the best. The levels are challenging and can be played in several ways that make each level difficult in a new way. Building your own characters and other interaction is great and done only in a way that Lego could do it. Great fun!

Great Game
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game is great. Get all the Lego Star Wars in one. However, with all 6 movies wrapped into one game, it makes for a very long game. Took almost 40 hours with a walk through for some of it. This is a five star game though. Nothing like playing with Legos

Christmas Present
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My 7 yr old loves it! He had it for his DS and wanted it for his Wii. He plays until I make him stop. Good game for a Star Wars kid. Does have parts you have to read, so it's good to have a parent or sibling around to "translate" for younger ones.

LOVE THIS GAME!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Lots of levels, objectives, and humor in this game. Doesn't get old. Lots of things to figure out and great characters. Beatable, but long enough to be worth it. Great game. I can't wait for more Lego Wii titles. This should be in everyone's top 5.
