    My son purchased this with his own money from his birthday, but it didn’t include Mario (it is stated on the box). Kinda pricey item without the main guy.

    This is a really neat edition to the Mario Lego sets. It adds some more play options, I just think it is a little overpriced even for Legos.

    overpriced.. but aren't all lego's... pretty cool concept and the kids seem to love them, your kids will play with it regardless, so buy it for the nostalgia and enjoy playing with your kids

    I bought an open box and it was awful. I don’t know if all the pieces were there as they were thrown all over the box. I wanted to buy the new version but by the time I was credited for the open box return, the new Lego at the great price was no longer available.
