This game is a lot of fun, but much more so for younger kids. We used to play when my child was 5, but it’s rated 10+ Everyone. My child is 9 now.
Might be because we had already played it before… but it lost its luster pretty quickly. Still fun and something else to do, and it’s cool to come with the extra packs! Definitely worth it for the price!!!

Got this to fill some time before the beginning of the school year for my daughter since having her play outside in 95 degree with high humidity all day, everyday would be considered cruel. She enjoyed building things and the game overall, so all things considered, it was a good purchase.

There is so much to do! You can do anything! You can be any character, ride multiple vehicles, you can make anything appear! You can free-build. You can make your own house! It is endless!

A lot of games rolled into one. You can literally do anything. The kids would just explore the free roam area flying on dragons or riding horses or driving a boat. I would highly recommend but for younger kids they will need help. The kids can let their imagination free.

This is an enjoyable alternative to Minecraft, however the controls are much more complicated, and performance is not the greatest. Lower resolution, poor-ish frame rate make it hard to recommend the Switch version to other consoles. However, if you love the idea of exploration and building things with Legos, as apposed to blocks, this is a high recommendation.

The good: kids get to play with legos in a free-roam environment, and you won't be stepping on them or yelling at your kids to pick them up.
The bad: kids still want regular legos that will result in us yelling at them to pick them up and stepping on them.
Fun game for younger kids.

Great game.. at first was a little challenging to get the hang of it . I bought for my almost 5 year old son for Christmas after reading reviews. It’s fun for them to just run around etc. someone a little game saavy will have to help unlock the first few worlds with some of the little tasks but once they are unlocked they have a little more free range. My son loves the Christmas land and running after the little gold guy with the brick. So I’m happy with the purchase!
