This is great for hiding your cords when hanging TV on the wall, don’t even notice it

This product is great! We no longer have a bunch of unsightly cords hanging down from our wall-mounted TV. They are neatly bundled and hidden by this cord cover which we painted to match our wall. It looks very neat, like part of the wall. It was easy to paint and easy to install - very simple. The good thing about this cover is that it attaches to the wall with screws, not just adhesive, so it's flush against the wall securely, not just hanging there and can't pop loose. It is also wide enough to cover quite a number of cords. We looked at a lot of these before we bought this one, and it works great, We'll probably buy more of these.

Looks very sleek and easy to install. Painting it to blend in to the wall was simple.

This is a very easy solution to covering unwanted wires so they cannot be seen. No fuss, no mess. Simply attach to the wall, put wires in the channel, snap on the cover and no more unsightly wires. Saves time and costly work cutting into sheetrock etc. to hide wires.

You'll need to pre-drill the full-sized holes into the wall because the plastic "screws" are too dull to dig in on their own. Once you do that, it installs pretty smoothly, clips together well and has had no issues in the first month of use. Was also able to paint it to match the wall color and the paint stuck perfectly with a single coat.

I bought the exact same product last year and the shrinkflation on this is insane. Last year, I was able to comfortably fit 5-6 cables inside of the channel and it would latch comfortably. This year, I barely got 3 and it won’t close!!! They are the exact same cables. Very disappointed. Same price, worse quality.

To be honest, I didn't really look around for other options. I was tired of the the rat's nest of cables from my tv to the other devices in the media cabinet. I've seen them in other peoples houses and I thought it really improved the appearance. There is really only one option at Best Buy. I could have checked online and found something else. But I didn't. My biggest complaint is the price of $30. What you get is a plastic back pate a plastic front cover and four screws with anchors. I personally think it's about $10 too much. My second issue is the materials used. They are amazing soft yet hard to get mounted. Even worse is when you try to take it apart. I had to use a screwdriver to pry up a corner loose. It would slide up and down but not open up. I will admit that I like how it makes a cleaner appearance once it is installed. So good job on that. But the price and ease of opening and closing are going to take off two stars for this item. I recommend the item (mostly) but would encourage someone to look around first.
