This new battery does not hold a charge. This battery needs to be recharged at least 5 times a week, and the phone does not even get used much.

This battery was used in a Motorola W315 mobile telephone. Before purchasing, I read some customer reviews, and one review stated the battery didnot work in a Motorola W315 mobile telephone. The battery worked fine in my W315. A good value for the money.

I had been looking for a cell phone battery and Best buy was the most economical choice. I saved between 50 and 70 %. I needed to wait 5 business days, but it was so, worth it. Thank you.

This battery does not hold a charge like the original equipment battery. My volume and duration of calls were no more than usual. The industry attempts to lure the consumer by offering replacement batteries,knowing that the consumer will become frustrated and purchase the ever increasing bells and whistles on a new phone. In closing , this purchase was a waste of my time and money.

after contacting motorola for a new (replacement battery) for my i880 flip phone, who said they were not available, i went to best buy web site. they offered a replacement battery, which size, location of contacts and a cross over number matched. i ordered a battery. the battery arrived on time, i checked battery visually and it installed per directions. when i plugged in the charger to the new battery, a pop-up came up on the screen "invalid battery". the battery fit correctly, turnewd the phone on but would not take a charge!! "invali battery", after opening the package on electronic parts there is no exchange. so i am stuck with a battery that cost, including shipping $22.00 and change. anyone need a Lenmar CLM5766 battery that suppose to replace the motorola BT60 battery???

Only had it for a couple of weeks but it holds a charge fine. Can't beat the price!

Not sure if it was a battery fault or Motorola having programmed the phone to accept nothing other than Motorola brand battery somehow, but I instantly got "invalid battery" message on my phone after installation of this battery. The battery is half the price of a genuine Motorola which seemed great at the time. Wound up costing me $4 to send it back. No problem getting credit though. Debating now on getting a new phone instead of a Motorola brand battery ,which seems to be about $40 a pop , for an old phone.

My experience with Best Buy was great. I had no problem finding the item I needed. It was shipped in a timely manner. The product was exactly as advertised. The price was great and the product works wonderfully. I will use Best Buy again in the future and tell my friends about my good experience.
