replacement battery for ASUS laptop

I had to reorder item because first on shipped didn't work. The hassle trying to get this corrected was terrible. I ended up getting a refund. About two weeks later a replacement shows up but it only has 2 hours of runtime on a full charge. Looked new but I wonder...... The geek squad might be ok but the products aren't. Hope you do better!
