I have a cordless phone system that is well over ten years old and was worried that batteries for the system would no longer be available. However , In talking to a courteous person on the phone I was able to determine the correct battery needed for my system. We were able to order it on the spot and I had the new batteries shortly and my phones are working as good as ever. I recommend Best Buy for meeting these kinds of needs

This battery was a great, inexpensive replacement battery for our V-Tech phone system. I have bought these before and we get about four years of battery life out of them. Not bad!

I had to shop for this battery because I could not find one in a store anywhere. Finally gave this one a try hoping it would fit the connection in my phone. The price was very reasonable and it arrived sooner than I expected. The best part, it fit! It was already charged but I did unplug the phone line for a few hours to make sure it was fully charged. Have only had the battery for a month or so but it popped right in and has been great since.

After bad experiences with other third party batteries for my cordless phone, I hoped that Best Buy had chosen a battery that would actually last more than a few weeks. I was wrong. This battery, like the rest, conked out after just a few weeks of very little use. Very, very disappointing, and not up to Best Buy's standards.

Battery in cordless phone was not holding the charge. These batteries did the trick. Easy to order; easy to pick up.

The only thing that I wish is that these were about half the price.

Waste of money. Would not recommend. Died within a week of usage. Very frustrating.
