    Purchased these in an effort to keep from replacing these Avaya headsets we have throughout the office. No one wants the new headsets and once i figured out where the battery was, we decided to give replacements a shot. The original replacements are 4 times as expensive and so at the price point of those available here - no brainer. The batteries are a tight fit, but the panel closes and they work - so we will see how they are over time.
