Poor product and poor service – did not hold charge properly and Best Buy won't let you return open batteries even if they are defective

VERY POOR SERVICE!!!! The battery would not work in the phone, like the website said it would. I called in for returns, and spent between a hour and an hour and a half. I was told that they did not have the means to send me a return slip in the mail. I finally agreed to an E-Mail return slip, even though I don't have a printer. Several weeks later, I am still waiting. If you look at a map, it is not sound advice to tell me to return it to a store, but I was told that over and over. I was also told that my next trip to Iowa City would be beyond the warranty period. But not to worry, I found a way to take care of it myself. I threw it in the trash, because BEST BUY does not seem to care about me. Hopefully they will not miss my money from future purchases. In the past I have visited the store in Coralville, about 8 times a year, but don't feel that I want to do business with a store that won't or can't take product back.

Both Best Buy and Lexmar website search engines indicated this battery was a suitable replacement battery for my cell phone. The battery is not compatible.

I had ordered this replacement battery for my Samsung Verizon cell phone and I though it would have been compatable but it wasn't and I ended up taking the battery back to the store.I have to say I was very disappointed.
