    I visited a Best Buy store and was told that this battery would be compatible with my computer. I was told I needed to order it online, so I took the information home with me and ordered the battery. The battery came with very minimal instructions which had very little English. They said to install a CD which the product did not come with. Then upon finding the BIOS upgrade online the proper upgrades could not be installed and my computer rejected the battery. The battery even fit terribly and was difficult to get out of the laptop. I was very disappointed.
