The paint color doesn't match the Mac paint color. It also rubs off easily! The battery totally died after only 6 months of use! Health still showed 95% yet when you unplugged the power supply, the computer shuts off instantly and will not come back on using the battery!!

I ordered this product through BestBuy.com and it arrived on time. However, the product was shipped by a third party vendor (the shipping box said Lenmar). The battery was delivered in a sponge type packing, without any retail packaging. Also, it was scratched, like it had been heavily used and thrown away. I really did not care much on aesthetic, however when I installed it to the laptop, the fully charged battery was not even holding power. The battery was basically a dud!

This battery does work, however it just doesn't work all of the time. many times while the charger is plugged in, the battery icon either shows an X through the batter or it says " not charging" I have had the battery for over a month now, and i will say that when the battery does in deed actually charge completely, it works just fine, the problem is simply getting it fully charged. overall, don't buy this battery if you think you will just save some money and get a great battery for half of the price. if you want a fully functioning battery, bite the bullet and pay the $130 for the actual apple battery. most likely, i will be buying an apple battery here soon anyway just so i will have a dependable computer again. if you don't care or it just isn't a big deal, this one will be perfect. who knows, maybe yours will work just great!

The battery installed easily and has run just as well as an Apple replacement. The computer had no issues integrating with it and it has run well.

Have had this battery replacement for the original one for the past month and has been great! Got it for my MacBook Pro I bought 3 years ago.
