Luckily I bought the extended warranty, but it wasn’t fixable so they sent me a gift card for the value of the computer. I only used it for college classes, so writing papers or doing research. Luckily with the gift card I got something way better.

I thought I'd soon just upgrade the RAM but before I could some of the buttons quit working. Now I'm out of warranty, just a couple days, and it's worthless. Best Buy should not even sell this level of product, but instead they pushed me to buy it since it was a bundle.
