It's my first Laptop. I'm still learning to operate it,and hopefully soon I can get used to it ! It's sometimes slow on loadind, but it could be internet problem. I can always get help from my son if I need it so.

Computer is perfect for my daughters needs. School, movies, and some gaming. Great for the price!

I got this laptop from Best Buy with the extended warranty. I will need help from the Geek Squad as it has been 10 years since I used a PC compatible and the "user friendly" software is not "user friendly".

Decent computer. Didn't know it have enough power to play League. Nice size and quality so far

Laptop is very thin, light weight and everything you need to start fresh. Excellent price!

My previous laptop died and I needed to replace it. I wanted a good basic computer since I am not a gamer, and don't use it for anything other the the usual stuff. So far the only complaint I have is that the cap lock key doesn't light up when it is on. It shows an icon of sorts on the screen, but if you miss it you won't know it is on. That aside I have been pleased with the speed etc.

Being an ex HP owner and a current Dell user for work, ai have develiped a whole new appreciation for Lenovo. I was sceptical about Lenovo from past experiences with HP. I was happy to find that lenovo does not keep you locked in to proprietary software and upgrades like HP. If your looking for a powerful laptop and the ability to fully control yiur techological destiny this is the PC for you!

This was an easy computer to set up and use. It is fast enough and works great.

I was in need of a new laptop and went into my local store to see what they had. Lenovo has always had a good reputation and I have recommended them to friends and family. I found this unit for a good price and was excited to finally own my first Lenovo. Immediately upon starting, the cooling fan was making a high pitch whine that got on your nerves the more you listened to it. Speaking of sound, this laptop had little to no sound even with the volume turned all the way up. I thought I needed to update drivers to fix it but that was a waste of time. Finally in desparation, I called Lenovo and the person I talked to remoted into the unit and tried some things before telling me that we needed to reload the operating system. At this point, I was more than willing so I followed her instructions to start the reload and went to work. When I came home, there was an error message on the screen and when I clicked on OK, the system tried to restart but never did again. I looked online at this point and found that this unit is plagued with overheating issues and no sound. Regretfully, I was forced to return the unit and had to go to another store to get a laptop with the features I needed. Lenovo is generally a great product, but this one is JUNK!

Speakers can be better. If there is any noise near the laptop. It become very hard to hear it.

This TV is a great deal for the money. Picture is clear and sharp and comes loaded with the Smart Hub that allows you to go to Netflix, HBOgo, etc. Remote is easy to use and figure out. Normally, I'm a very tough reviewer, and put any new purchase "through the wringer" as the saying goes. I can't find anything negative about the TV. So, you can't go wrong with buying this TV.

This Laptop is excellent. Well worth the money. Great speed a storage.

Excelent laptop with 1tb of disk space perfect for big data and files

It is fast and can accommodate the program that I need for school.

My husband needed a new PC. This Lenovo meets all of his needs. We are still trying to figure out Windows 10. We hope to create a restore CD if we can figure it out.

Works well,so much faster than my old one. Would recommend to all.
