Good for an inexpensive basic laptop. Had coupon for MS office.

If I had to make a negative comment it would be that the power switch is in an odd location. That would be my only complaint. Performance has been exceptional,

Reason I am only giving 3 stars is that It was very hard to add ram. There is no back panel that comes off and you need to split the entire case. To do this you need to remove the keyboard per the instructions but after reinstalling keyboard some keys are not functioning. I have done this job lots of times working at a computer store. Mostly the problem was that they used some kind of glue to hold keyboard down. Hopefully best buy will warranty the keyboard.

I'm happy with this computer. I had to search a little to find setting changes to enable it to run faster. Can't say I'm pleased with Windows 10.

We needed a new laptop for the home and this one fit the bill just right. My only complaint is the mouse pad are a little hard to press down on.

The configuration is impressive for a $349 Laptop.

We bought this for my husband when traveling, and it works great! He is able to watch movies and use his flight simulator wherever he goes.

I bought this for the price and I'm pleased overall but the speakers on this sound hollow and tinny.

So far my Lenova does everything I want. My only concern so far is that videos are slow to load but that could be my wifi connection.

I was hesitant about buying a Lenovo (my last 5 laptops were DELL and HP) but the deal was pretty good, and so far I have been happy with my purchase. Very easy setup, good graphics for an integrated video, and wi-fi works as a charm. Keyboard is soft and sensitive, better than most laptops at that price.

I am still learning about this notebook. It has been quite a challenge as I don't understand much yet of the new operating system

My daughter needed a laptop and it has been good for her and what she needed to use it for. Geek squad has been helpful.

I was just looking for a laptop to do Facebook, email and Office programs. I didn't need anything fancy. This one works perfectly for the basic operations that I need. So far, no problems, it has worked fine since Day 1.
