If you are not getting this performance, be sure that there are no unwanted programs running in the background. Then, try changing your power management setting to a more conservative one. You can do this in the control panel, in the power management category on your system. Select a more conservative power management setting to extend battery life. lenovo

    I did speak to a Best Buy customer service clerk before purchasing and the only complaint he told me about was the speakers aren't very loud. But that's not what I purchased it for. It's fast and a great computer overall.

    my GF's dell hard drive died prematurely. with no OS disks provided, i'm not sure how one repairs such. she wanted something in a hurry and cheap. this has worked out really well for her. her only complaint has to do with the layout of a couple of the keys. very strange that they'd mess with the standard. some reviewers had really hated the sound, she's not complained about her video chat sound.

Be sure to create Recovery Media ASAP, so if you ever have a hard drive issue or loose data, you can use the Recovery Media to restore the operating system. You can do this in Windows 10 by clicking on the magnifying glass icon on the bottom left of your Windows 10 desktop screen. Type "recovery disks" in the search window. Select "Create a recovery drive". Follow the instructions that follow. Be sure to use external media for the recovery files, i.e., either DVDs, a Flash Drive, or even a Cloud account. lenovo

    Was looking for basic computer for my husband who used it for email, MS products and YouTube viewing, was easy set up and is fast enough for those purposes. The price was in the low to midrange so a good value for us.

    Purchased on promotion price, it is worth the price. I saw some review mentioned that Lenovo has light pre-loads on its laptop that wouldn't drag the performance on Windows 10, this is the one reason I buy this one.

    Lenovo is an excellent brand. Intel Core i3 runs very fast. I purchased this for my sister as a gift. I added extra memory for streaming music and movies. She absolutely loves it.

    This laptop is perfect for school, work, or just something to have if you aren't home. It's obviously not going to be the highest graded laptop and has all the features, but it works well and does the job. MrsDuck uses this for school and she has had no problems with it that you wouldn't receive with any other laptop.

    I use the computer for online classes and its runs smooth, windows 10 can be very annoying sometimes. The speakers are the only down side to this computer they are not very loud but that doesn't really affect me

With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free. lenovo

    If you need a computer just for browsing, pay bills, do so work on microsoft office, no for heavy gamers, or heavy work, is an excellent for home or personal computer decent amount of storage and memory ram
