I don't buy devices based on looks but out of box, this new laptop was ugly. Graphics were dark and would not lighten. Granted it only had 4 GB ram but for AMD, the over all speed was so slow after set up. Spent 24 hrs working with it then returned it for full amount. Purchased a HP but not from BB. I'm not sure if this will be included but the Geek Squad member I spoke with stated she wouldn't buy it neither.

I wish I could get my money back. Slowest computer I've ever used. Constantly freezes up. Really regret making this purchase. It's useless.

I live on my computer. This is a very good laptop, especially for the money. I would recommend this computer to my family and friends.

I will give the 2 day FREE Delivery 5 stars but not the IdeaPad 110. It went through the normal Win 10 set up but not super fast. It found my WIFI and I was online ready to rock. However the AMD A6 and GPU R5 was not a very bright picture. Even after adjusting what was available, the 1600x900 screen in DVD's, YouTube videos, and Edge+ IE was almost washed out. I would suggest as others have to purchase a wireless or USB type mouse simply because the mouse pad was flimsy and slow to respond. I purchased this because I wanted to try Lenovo and this was in my price range. I did not need to reset to factory default, I did not need to reformat and reinstall drivers, nor did I encounter any set up problems as others have reported. Bottom line is if you need a laptop for normal use and nothing memory or CPU/GPU intensive, at least buy this model with 8 GB Ram and a 2 GH I-3 CPU. It might make a difference. I returned it to my Peoria IL Best Buy store with no hassle and in 3 days my purchase amount was in the account. 5 Stars for that.
