BTW - Best Buy was awesome to work with. I do not want this to reflect on them. They really did what they could to help. I will tell you how great they are on the purchase review. My disappoint is with the refurbished think pad. When you turned the volume up you could hear a vibration. This should have been found during the refurbishing. When i went back to the review section (online where i found the computer), there had been someone else, I assume previous owner, who had the same problem with the same computer. "computer good except for the sound problem." I so wanted a Lenovo and one with this much memory and drive was great. I got the red button, i got the finger print scanner. But with the sound being a problem twice. I didn't want to take the chance and go with another refurbished. Also, I couldn't wait 5 weeks for a newer Lenovo that costs significantly more, so i went with another company.

The offer was good, you get a great deal. I would recommend BestBuy team to perform an overall check up before shipping the items. For this particular purchase, the audio from the laptop speakers was not OK. There is an issue with the speakers (hardware) installation. Since I can't return back the item to BestBuy I had to workaround this in order fix this.
