The laptop is a good buy for 260 bucks with office 365 free for a year. Though it comes with tons of unwanted loaded software. U have to UnInstall them to get it running up n fast

I was looking for a laptop that was lighter than my old Compaq, with a decent size screen and keyboard, but not too expensive. This Lenovo is perfect.

Nice and thin. Basic programs. Relatively fast. Not expensive.

My old PC was dying and this was the perfect replacement in both price and performance

I'm content with my purchase of this Lenovo computer. The hard drive is plenty big enough for what I do not being a picture or music geek. I like the keyboard layout and typing is a breeze with the keys and the feedback while typing is just right. I'm not a fan of Windows 8 but will get a free upgrade to Windows 10 when it comes out so I'm hoping for an improvement there. The computer is thin, but not overly so kinda just right. Boot-up speed is a lot faster than I was used to with my 5 years old Toshiba. The screen is very sharp and I've enjoyed watching quite a few movies on Amazon with it. Headphones are a must, however, since the speakers are poor like most built in laptop speakers. It has plenty of USB ports to connect almost anything to it and I especially like the SD card slot being built in. All in all I'm pleased with my purchase and I bought it on sale, but I still feel I only got an average deal on this laptop. It was not a steal of a deal by any means if you know what I mean. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a common usage laptop for around the house. It's not a gaming type computer by any means and far from a high performance screaming machine, but not all of us need those.

I really like this computer it is easy to learn the ins and outs of it i really dont use a computer that much but when ido it is fast and i can open it up and get over how nice the service men were.

computing quality is quite good, fairly fast, easy to operate & navigate. The Lenovo experience is somewhat better than other computers in this range. Disappointed in ergonomics, finish, Edge of unit is quite sharp & uncomfortable, but primarily due to slim-line design. Purchased during sale & was well pleased with price/performance ratio.

This product provided an up-to-date configuration for a very reasonable price. I have already registered to receive the Windows 10 (superior to Windows 8.1 in non-touch screen applications) update scheduled for July 29. Looking forward to several years of solid service.

I had seen many other laptops with similar specs for much more money, as price was an issue for me i read all reviews about this laptop and compared it with others... I am pleasantly surprised how this replacement laptop does everything my old one did but more than half the price less! Quick and efficient getting everything i need done.

I really like the laptop. It was recommended for me by a best buy representative. I wanted a laptop that was great for school and work. So far its been a good laptop. If you don't want to spend a lot of money, but still need something good, I'd recommend this laptop.

I like it's fast processor. No buffering when I game.

Bought two open boxes and am very pleased with the quality and speed. No reason to give the kid and wife a thousand dollar laptop when these are fine for surfing, mail and office work.

Don't use this for gaming, photo or video editing. Mostly used for web browsing and using Microsoft Office. Does the job very well. I'm sure it could handle light gaming and simple video/photo editing as well. But I'm not too sure as I just dabble with those things. Got it on sale though, so it has great specs for the price.

Was looking for a good laptop for a good price when I came across this little gem. It does everything I need from word processing to playing video games to running virtual machines.

The only reason I didn't give a 5 star was because the computer can be a bit slow to respond a lot when entering information from the keyboard. Its also locks up for a few seconds sometimes a few minutes, so I have to wait for it to "catch up" on whatever its doing. I thought it was a virus or something but I've concluded its the processor speed. I don't mind the lack of reaction speed to my keyboarding but it can be annoying at times. Otherwise, the graphics are great, I can play my online high graphic games (MMRPG). I love the touch screen, its very convenient and I've had no problems with it. I'd recommend this computer for anyone looking for a low cost gaming computer that can function for other purposes. If you are looking for a fast reaction speed for switching windows or entering information in searches in multiple windows....its not the best but will suffice.
