I research all of my computers, and thought I had found the one. Large touchscreen with amazing color, lots of memory, good storage, but I just thought it felt weak and cheap. I would assume that is to cut the weight down, but I did not like it. Maybe if I gave it more time, but when spending $1k+, that is not something I can afford to do.

Laptop is fantastic for gamers and the keyboard feels nice.

Bought this laptop in store. I love Lenovo. It can play any game on max. No problems so far. Speakers bump nice and loud.

This is my first laptop. My last computer was an all in one and that was what i was looking to purchase. My wife insisted on a laptop and after reviewing many this is the one that fit our lifestyle the best. This unit had many more features than others for much less cost.

I walked into bestbuy at 9:35 pm desperate to find a laptop to finish my architectural design project- my own computer had tanked that evening. I was hoping to get a model with specs that would ultimately serve more 3d and video rendering assignments. preferably with solid state hard drive etc. But this computer was available as an open box item at a very reasonable price. So I took it home gladly. Unfortunately it didn't meet my ultimate goals so I had to return it with the 20 days allowed. Figured with another couple of hundred bucks I can have the proper specks I need, But it was a smooth machine. Oh but the Nvidea drive would not load no matter how much I tried. that was a bummer.

Fast loading,great graphics. There has been a "flash" of the screen that I need to have looked at. The computer is heavy & does get very hot.

My son is an engineering major and this laptop has met all of his needs. He also uses it as a gaming computer. He is very pleased with it so far.

If you are looking for a laptop that has all the power, and performance of a desktop look no further, I can do gaming, video, picture editing-rendering on this machine without a hitch. The graphics card takes advantage of the NVIDIA CUDA technology for great video-picture editing and rendering. I would recommend this laptop to anyone

I like the screen and graphics, the amount of battery life for powerful computer over 2 hours, double the battery life of my old high end laptop. The back lit keyboard is nice, the touch pad is very responsive. A lot lighter and slimmer than my old 17" laptop .

Has good ram 8G and large hard drive and fast mother board and gaming board for large down load

My son was looking for a gaming computer, he originally wanted a desktop but the moment we saw this laptop at bestbuy he fell in love with it. Great speed and capacity, amazing touch screen and also screen size which he loves cause it's more viewing ground when he is playing specially when he was considering a desktop.

This laptop is incredible! I had Geek Squad upgrade it to solid state and the speed is unreal. I'm a design student so I use a lot of programs simultaneously, and I have zero issues with it being able to keep up. At first I was a little nervous about the price, but honestly I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

I purchased this laptop specifically for playing online games and the graphic card stood out as being top of the line. Overall the pre-installs on this laptop are excellent including 16gb ram, 1TB hard drive and I love my 17.3 screen.

The only reason this laptop was purchased over others, was the display size and speed. Our local best buy is small and not as many items to choose from.

this laptop does a lot, but then it should at 17 inches! The only drawback is that it is large when you have to move it - no surprise there.

Honestly, probably the best computer I've ever owned. Definitely the best laptop I've used in the $1000-$1500 range. Most online reviews still tell you that your gaming will do most games in high, a few on ultra, but if you simply get a $10 fan base to sit it on to of, every game you have will run on ultra just fine excluding maybe a few of the newest 2015 titles built for UHD. Only drawback is that the screen is only 1080 instead of UHD. but hey, this is a steal for the specs, build quality and features this thing comes with.

I was very hesitant to buy a laptop with Windows 8; however, the ad stated that the laptop came with a free upgrade to Windows 10. It was true, and I downloaded the update to Windows 10. Unfortunately, I had to keep checking whether the Windows 10 OS was actually installed because it looked and worked so much like Windows 8. Bummer for me as I've been using computers (desktops-->laptops) since the early 1990s, and I find no benefits with either Windows 8 or 10. Windows 7 was perfect for me. I feel like I'm in a foreign country without a book of translations! :( The laptop itself is thin, but heavier than expected. There is no DVD/CD drive built-in. Rather, it is a separate drive that attaches via USB. This is inconvenient as remembering the DVD/CD drive when you move the laptop from one location to another has not yet become intuitive for me. I owned another brand of 17.3" laptop previously, and it fit in standard cases designed for the size; however, the Lenovo laptop has an odd shaped back (where the hinge is located), which prevents this laptop from fitting in standard 17.3" cases. Overall, this has been a poor choice on my part.

I was looking for a laptop with 4GB video for photo processing and this has everything I was looking for. It also has a price well below any of the others I was looking at. I added three years of support and still saved money. I couldn't ask for more.

I purchased this laptop to replace my old laptop for college. And I wanted something I both work and play on and so far for what I've used it for (heroes of the storm) it works flawlessly and I love the design . I really have no complaints at the time

I just replaced a Dell laptop with the Lenovo laptop ,what a difference. sleek light weight and super fast. easy to work on. I use it at home for personal use. I love the looks.
