This one is fast, light weight, and is easy to use once you figure out what can and can't be done. The keyboard is easier to type on than a bigger pc so that makes typing a message so much easier.

At home we do not have a computer, but I do have internet. It was getting more difficult for her to get school assignments completed without the use of a computer. She loves this book! Its lightweight but sturdy. The touch and flip screen are very cool! She is able to use Google classroom and also watch movies thru through streaming. I got a great deal on the price! We love it and I am thankful she has a good way to get school work done! Money, very well spent!!!

It works decently well— although some of the keys stopped working after a while. So far it was well worth the money I paid for it, and was not expecting such great quality from a small chrome book like this. Runs my programs for Arizona State University well, and easy to carry around. Recommend for a college student who doesn’t run software programs for engineering or architecture— or digital art. I have a Wacom tablet and it is not comparable with this. Speed could be a little better

It was inexpensive enough for me to buy one for each of my kids for their school work. They play games more than anything on them and they love them. Processing could be slightly faster for one of their games but it is still very impressive for what I paid. It uses android apps which is a nice approach for a laptop for ease of use. Battery is quick to charge and lasts a while. I wish there was more printer driver support for older printers but all in all a great buy!

Solid performance for the price

So far, the chrome book has really proven itself for the price it goes for. Touchscreen is responsive and hasn’t been a problem, the flipping feature works perfectly without weird clicking or lag, and the screen is just bright enough to be seen while outside on a very sunny day. Not to mention it is lightweight, and has been a real breeze taking with me to school everyday. The only downside would be that the laptop does feel a bit frail because of the plastic, but a good case and screen protector would immediately remedy that.

I travel frequently and have had to carry around my large laptop with me. Someone told me about the Chromebook, and I decided to take a look at it! I'm glad I did! This is so portable and compact for traveling! It's lightweight and does everything I needed it to do! It comes on super fast. In a matter of seconds, I'm up and running. The battery life is wonderful! I'm just so thrilled with this purchase.

I’m a PE and Health teacher at a high school and it became cumbersome to take attendance on my phone. He needed a device that he could take to work that had excellent battery life, which this definitely does. We can get upwards of nine to 10 hours per charge. Most Chromebook seem to be that way. This was our first Chromebook dad had a touch screen and brought the Android play store along with it. this is awesome new functionality which basically turns your Chromebook into an Android tablet as well. Definitely keeping this one, and I think we are going to get a Chromebook duet from Lenovo soon.

The main thing about chromebooks is that you really need to understand that its a browser-based computer. It does not run windows, so you can't run Word or Excel. But you can use Google Docs, which does the job for me. If you find you use a browser 99% of the time, then a Chromebook, like this one, can be nice way to save some $$.
