Screen is bright and big, she has terrible eyes and she loves this one. Text is especially sharp and clear. The processor is i3 but newest and faster than my i7 4th gen.

This laptop was not only a great price but one of the best I've ever owned. It has a light up keyboard and was an awesome choice. Way to go Best Buy and Lenovo!!!!!

I bought this for my relative, it works perfectly, it has big touch screen and it still has 8 GB memory with 1 TB hard drive at lower price. Recommended one.

My daily use laptop. Never had issues. I got this in a clearance and never disappointed with the performance and the sleek design of it.

Good for pretty much word documents and web surfing. It'll probably play a video ok.

Worked great for 3 years (bought April 2017) and screen stopped working (July 2020) due to a faulty motherboard/display connector. Works when I connect to an external monitor. Found a workaround on YouTube-common issue with Lenovo IdeaPad Flex line

The touch screen stopped working the first week a bought the computer. The computer rebooted itself on its own. I would not recommend purchasing this computer if you are going to work on school work

I have had this laptop for over five months now and it was not a good purchase since it's very slow in performance from the beginning.

I have purchased 12 laptops in the past several years for my family and this is by far the worst computer purchase I have made to date. A short while out of the box the screen began flickering white and now the screen remains black more often than not and makes the laptop unusable. The problems started after the return period so I will pursue warranty repairs.

This sounds like a conflict with older video drivers and a newer Windows 10 update, since the issue did not occur "out of the box". Follow the link below to look for new video driver updates for your specific system. You can also run diagnostics from the Lenovo site as well. As always, be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes. You can do this by just typing "restore point" in the search window within Cortana and follow the link to create a restore point. Here is the link:

I picked up this laptop for around $400 when it was on sale.As of me writing this review, I have had the laptop for about 2 weeks. So far everything seems to be good. The laptop itself is very nice and doesn't feel cheap or flimsy. The screen is very bright and is a crystal-clear 1080p IPS screen. Since it is a 2-in-1, the hinges aren't as sturdy as a traditional laptop and the screen is a little "bouncy" when opened and adjusted, but that's not really a big deal for me. It by no means feels like the hinges are weak or incapable of holding the screen in the orientation i set it at. The startup time is surprisingly fast for a HDD, around 10 seconds to get to the login screen. The keyboard does have the weird right shift key, but I only ever use the left shift key so it's not a problem for me. The keyboard is also backlit and the processor handles anything i throw at it without breaking a sweat (video streaming, local media playback, code compiling, running scripts, etc.). The only downside is that it didn't come with an ssd, but for the price, I can't really complain. Overall I thing i got a great deal for the price.

The laptop is great for the price point I purchased it at ($400). Very solid, not cheaply built. The software however...I've been using it for about for days and the laptop said it had to restart. I let it restart and now it will not boot all the way back up again. It boots to a black screen with a cursor after it flashes the Lenovo logo. I tried to restore to factory setting by pushing the button in the pin hole and it did not work. I called Lenovo support twice. Both reps said send it in. I find it ridiculous that I have to send a laptop in for something that should be able to be fixed by a factory reset. Maybe Lenovo didn't put the factory reset on a separate partition? I've done a lot of factory resets over the years and never had this problem. It looks like I'll have to take this back to BestBuy.

Even though I wish it was a a little smaller this laptop works great, no complaints so far and is easy to use and navigate. I love it.
