I absolutely love this all-in-one computer. I bought open box previous floor model. It came with keyboard, mouse and free virus scan software for 6 months which chose Webroot. It also has a built in camera which is great! I just had to download the manual via internet, very easy. It is new, was a previous floor model, in perfect condition no scratches or dents. I saved money and am very happy with my purchase and Windows 10 operating system. I am picky when it comes to a computer. This computer works very fast and does what I need based on my needs. I do not get into gaming on computers just play general games that are free online or on FB. I mainly use computer for the Internet, email and writing letters. The monitor is 21.5 inches and the sound system is absolutely the best I have ever had with any computer I have owned. I previously owned laptops other than my first computer which was a desktop back in the 90s. The speaker is located at the bottom of the monitor and is the entire width of it. Would definitely recommend this computer and buying open box.

Great screen size and quality. Wi-fi works great, good processor speed. Over all a great product.

I purchased this computer for my 80+ year old in laws. This was the perfect computer for them as they are email and internet users only although the computer has sufficient power for MS Office use. The integrated packaging, design, and affordable price were key features. Only real downside is that the lettering on the keyboard is small and of a light font which makes it difficult for anybody using bifocals or in low light.

I bought this computer for my 7th grader who is primarily using if for school (Microsoft Office - Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook). These programs all do great. Running on Window 10 and it's fast. Surfing the web is also the same. For the money - this was a great value and I couldn't be happier.

After a lot of research, I decided to pick up an all in one due to space restrictions. I thought it would run slow with only 4 gb of ram but it is very responsive. No problems connecting to wifi. I did download and use google chrome because IE and the edge browser were very buggy.

I had a laptop through my prior employer and when I changed jobs I needed a new computer to complete basic functions (web surfing, work, school material). I did not have a big price range and I knew I didn't need anything fancy. This computer fit the mold. The screen is plenty big and comes pre-loaded with Windows 10. This is my first experience with Windows 10 and surprisingly, no complaints so far. The computer functions great, and does everything I need it to do! Doesn't take up much space at all since it is an All-in-One (only one cord!). Great value for the price point.

I purchased this all-in-one for my wife as a 2nd pc to do research with. We are quite pleased with its overall performance. The screen is crisp and although it only has 4Mb of memory it performs more than adequately for her.

I bought this as a gift and the recipient has enjoyed having a new Windows 10 PC as well as not needing a large tower sitting on the desk. I appreciated that there was very little freeware and trial software installed.

I believe this to be a great value for the money . Easy set up everything works the way it should . Hasslefree exactly what I'm looking for .

Monitor has great resolution, Lenovo is fast, compact, offers great support. Checked w/Best Buy staff to make my final decision. In addition to being very reasonably priced, rhe price dropped and Best Buy adjusted my billing to match. Win-win!

I like this all in one unit for the space saving advantages it is also easy to use for an not so familiar computer person such as my self

We bought this PC for my wife to replace her 7 year old HP. She is delighted with the large and clear display. The PC seems quick, setup was as easy as plugging it in, connecting the mouse and keyboard and pressing the power button.

Computer was easy to set up wireless connection. Windows 10 easy to work with. Had a couple problems with internet viruses, but the Geek Squad got rid of them. No further problems for several weeks.

It was very easy to unpack this and get it working. It is more than what I need and it responds quickly. I especially love the beautiful pictures that show up on my screen. Soothing. I am preparing to buy another one. This is my second Lenovo.

I am very pleased with my new Lenovo all in one computer to date. It is much faster than my old computer.... and I do mean OLD computer. I love that I can edit my photos with the easy to use program that came with the computer. The installed photo program is not high end but has proven very useful as I scan, edit, and crop old family photos or other photos that have flecks and specks needing to be removed. I have not spent time accessing the internet and cannot make comment about ease of use for that at this point.

So far so good. Loads up and shuts down quickly. Windows 10 is awesome just takes some time to get used to it. Worksheets and other applications open fast sometimes too fast. Video streaming runs great, I have encountered no buffering.

So, right out of the box everything was fine. Only disappointment is that it doesn't have a battery. My mistake missing that...it's not really a portable computer, but I was hoping that I could move it around unplugged being an all-in-one. But within a few weeks, it seemed to have difficulty picking up my brand new router. Called Lenovo support and spent a few hours with them troubleshooting, where we ended up doing a factory reset. Still doesn't work. They said they would have a technician contact me to schedule a home visit to fix it. It's been over a week and haven't received a call or email to schedule.

less clutter bigger screen makes it easier to read the screen, nice size can be used as a back up tv. good speed.

I bought the Lenovo 21.5 all- in-one computer and I love it, it takes up a lot less room than my last computer.
