My home computer died and I needed something quickly. This fit the bill, set up fast and easily was up and working in no time and the machine is easy to use. Windows 8 takes some getting used to though

I recommend Lenovo 21.5 touchscreen. It has grwat graphics. Touch screen is a bit hard but will get used tp with time. Overall great putchase.

Wireless keyboard and mouse would have made it a 5 star

Does everything I need it too and more ! Windows 8 took a little time to learn, but overall the computer is a terrific buy for the money you spend. I would recommend purchasing .

The Lenovo computer is my first new computer in fourteen years and I am very pleased with the results.

Very satisfied with this purchase. I have been searching for weeks for just the right specs and this machine has it. Most important were the type and speed of the processor and the wireless connectivity. I need fast for both. This has an Intel Core 4th generation i4160T processor (2 cores, 4 threaIds) at 3.1 gHz speed. For wireless it has b/g/n/ac, with the emphasis on the ac so it can connect to 5gHz channel on my router. After you sign in with your Microsoft account, this is one of the first things you asked to do and it connected without issue. Beautiful display and the rest speaks for itself. It was a fairly easy to set up especially in light of the fact that I don't know squat about Windows 8.1. About one hour. I did a custom set up and recommend this as well as I didn't want to use Microsoft's cloud, nor do I wish to send info to Microsoft. It comes with McAfee security preinstalled so you are safe to connect to the web initially. I deleted this and installed Norton. I also had some installs left on Microsoft Office 2010 and this installed without issue. The mouse and keyboard are wired via USB, but I will be changing the mouse and possibly the keyboard. Nothing wrong with them, but I prefer wireless. The system also comes with a recovery disc for the drivers. The only thing left is I have to install the drivers for the Cannon Printer. I will check back and update this review once I do this. I highly recommend this product.

I bought this model back in December. I started using it in January and have only been using it maybe twice a week for couple of hours. 2 days ago I started seeing a black spot at the top center of the screen which is very noticeable if you have a light or white background. It's too late to return the PC to Best Buy so I contacted Lenovo. I was told because of the model, where I purchased it and because it is only 1 dead pixel(I think it is just a dust particle but Lenovo said it's a dead pixel) that they can't do anything and that 1 dead pixel is actually normal. If I knew I would be staring at a black spot and possibly more to come so soon after I purchased this computer I would have not bought it. This is my first Lenovo and it will be my last. I spent almost $1000 to stare at a dead pixel for the next 5 years.
