    I bought 5 of these for a business. Four out of 5 were fast and flawless during initial setup, but one wouldn't turn on at all. The replacement process was quick, easy, and it worked fine. End users like them enough to comment about them so I'll recommend them to others.

  • No Microsoft Office 2013

    The computer itself is great. It's fast and has a great display. I gave it 4 stars because it shows pre-loaded Microsoft Office 2013 as one of the features. It does not! After numerous emails and phone calls, nothing was done about it.
