Nice computer BUT missing the MS Office :(Posted .I would recommend this to a friend
I liked the specifications, ordered the computer online and it arrived several days earlier than anticipated!! So happy about that! However, when I set it up, the MS Office that was supposed to be included was NOT included. Called Geek Squad, who forwarded me to the store, where I spent most of an hour on hold, only to be told that I would have to pack everything back up and haul it to the store to have the software installed. Geek Squad had already confirmed (via remote access) that the software was not on the computer. Seems to me a better solution would be for A) BestBuy to send me as MSOffice access code to download the software (which they refused to do), or B) BestBuy to send the Geek Squad to my house to install the software that was supposed to come with the computer. I see from the other review that I'm not the only one who didn't receive the software. The included software was one of the deciding factors in my choosing this computer. Not happy about having to haul everything to the store. As for the functionality of the computer, I cannot comment yet. As long as Best Buy follows through with installing the software I purchased, I'll be happy.

Don't buy itPosted .No, I would not recommend this to a friend
The BestBuy product description (Specifications tab, 3rd line) said "MS Office 2013 included". After I brought the PC up, Office prompts "activate with a product key" (or buying a subscription to Office 365) . But the package has NO product key. Geek Squad first guy, Aaron W, sent me to another Geek Squad guy, saying it is responsibility for sales support team. That other Geek Squad guy, David R, sent me off to the BB 800 237 8289. Spoke with Mary at that 800 number, after I explained the problem to her, she handed me off to Kia, who promptly dropped the call, and Kia did not call me back. I called back the 800 number and spoke with Tracy. She consulted some higher up, and came back and told me to call Lenovo! And lo and behold, Lenovo told me to talk to BestBuy! I am going to return it, for sure.
