The Lenovo is everything that I need. 4GB memory and 1TB hard drive is sufficient for my computer use. Nice sleek, compact design and great price.

Also the fact that it is smaller than my last computer, Dell, I can bring it in easier and have the Geek guys look at it. I bought the help policy. I do not like the Geek Squad on the 800 number, I feel like I am talking to India. The store guys are real helpful and close by. They helped me download things to get me on my way. The computer is very friendly and I can figure out most issues. Overall I like it a lot.

Good beginning computer

My daughter is 7 years old and uses it all the time for school work. She also uses it for youtube and netflix. Everything has been running great with 0 problems. Highly recommended for little ones. Remember, this desktop does not have any office software included. Also, the keyboard and mouse are wired, not wireless.

Lenovo Desktop Computer

We initially purchased a levono in March but that computer had problems with the hard drive. After the Geek Squad had looked at it 9 times between May and July because it would not boot after shutting down. The technician suggested to replace the computer with a similar one. We replaced it with a Lenovo desktop which is working great.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This computer was just for basic computing ,checking and purchasing things online, it replaced an older computer that was running vista but the IE browser could not be upgraded so I was unable to access some sites (thanks for nothing Microsoft) SO by upgrading I now can access everything and it is faster . Only draw back I encountered was getting it set up to get (sync)my e mail account and learning some of windows 10 screens

With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.
