    We own a couple businesses in the Clark county area. The services I receive at Best Buy Springfield is beyond the 5 stars given, I continue to come back because of service Brandon J. provides to us. He is very friendly, knowledgable of your products and services. One great asset he has I find admirable is if he doesn't know about the product in depth, he will find one of his workers to assist us. Brandon is an exceptional young man, I appreciate the superb customer service, it is hard to find nowadays !!!

    I went with the Lenovo brand because that is the brand of laptop that I am using at my place of employment and it has always worked well. Just needed a computer for my wife for e-mail and basic Internet. Using the wireless network connection. More hard drive space then needed. Will never come close to filling that up. Working well.
