Only had it 2 months and during startup it locks up. The only remedy I have found that frees it is to shut it down with the power button and start over. This has happened 3 times already and I only use my computer once a week.

Possibly one of the programs you have installed is conflicting with Windows 10. You can call the Lenovo Tech Support line for more detailed help, the number is: 877-453-6686.

bought this computer solely for work in medical charting which works great. otherwise compared to my macbook is very slow on the internet/other functions.

So far I'm not a fan of Windows 10. It's slow and unresponsive at times, it might just be the computer. The keyboard quits working whenever I log out and other random times. I have to unplug and plug it back in. I haven't installed any apps or software, this is how it's was out the box.
