    the monitor slipping into "power save" mode and I have to disconnect the monitor from the computer itself to shake it out of the power save mode. The monitor and computer were part of a bundle so I would assume the specs would be perfect!

    Was our 1st time purchasing this brand and most likely the last, at least for my husband. From immediately out of the box, it kept freezing up and was unusable. We installed Office on it and couldn't do anything. Tried to go online and it would show the browser was loading...indefinitely. We had to do hard shut downs every time it was turned on. Took it back and were told it was a manufacturing malfunction. Decided that we'd just go back to a brand we'd had good experience w/before. Was a total waste.

      This system comes with the Microsoft Office 365 software already installed as part of the Windows 10 operating system. If you installed an additional copy of Microsoft Office to this system, there is a conflict between the two copies slowing your system down and possibly crashing the system. You need to uninstall the version you installed and use the product code that came with that copy to activate the version already installed as part of the operating system. lenovo

    Good computer for basic tasks word processing spreadsheet shopping online, probably not so good for design illustration work and photo retouching you would have to have a lot more memory and storage space.

With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free. lenovo
