The size of this Laptop is perfect. I purchased this on sale. Unfortunately, I have spent more money fixing it then I have actually paid to purchase it. First problem was it kept telling me that it was on pause. That was the very first time that I actually used it. I then returned to the store to see if the geeks could fix it. They could not. I then had to Bring it to a computer spot that had to program it back to its Original factory settings. That lasted all of about 2 months. Again back to it pausing again.This went on for about 4 more times at about $100 bucks. Currently as of July 22, 2023 it seems to be working ok now. Bottom line; don't waste your time or money.

Perfect size, still getting used to it been using Windows too long.

This was an open box deal since they had no other's in stock near me but once sale was over magically back in stock? Why would they send this with all this damage this is no where near excellent like it claims. Scratches everywhere visible damage which they claim is none also the cord is bent to charge and looks like someone attempted to eat it? Best Buy we have a different opinion of what excellent actually is I will definitely be returning this.

Don't really care for laptop battery drains too fast and is mediocre at best. Collects fingers and smudges easily.

Works just for minor work or navigate. If you are looking for something fast this one is not it.

Bought this for my kids to use. As soon as we started it up we noticed there are black lines on screen. Waste of 80$.

When I originally got the device there was a slight crack at the side of the laptop .. didn’t think it would be worth it to return. 2 months later and the piece that was chipped has fully fallen off. That’s not even the issue ..now when I put the chromebook down it randomly generates a blank screen and I have to restart .. the chromebook also randomly shuts down whenever it wants. Absolute garbage would not recommend

I absolutely love this chrome book. I got it for my at the time 5 year old son and his 8 year old cousin. They love that they have "laptops" i use it more now that my son but he still does sometimes. I like the parental controls on it. We bought one touch screen and one not. The touch screen also folds in half and has survived a 5 year old boy. Battery last for days and since we already have droid phones the type C chargers we have plenty of. Multiple ports easy to use super light weight.

I usually never write reviews but this little gem deserves it. For the price this can't be beat. It is well constructed and lightweight. 2 USB C ports and 2 USB-A ports and a little micro SD memory expansion slot that I have not used. Battery life is great, boots up fast and so far no problems. I bought this as a way to work remotely when I don't want to lug the heavy corporate laptop but could still work if needed, and if I lost or damaged it I wouldn't have to worry too much. - installed Linux - installed VPN software - installed remote desktop software - installed MS outlook and Teams Enough tools to work remotely, albeit a little cramped. I have also attached this to a docking station (Dell) and with no software required I have been able to use an external wireless keyboard and mouse and drive 3 screens with no problems. Downsides: Google's lousy software and support. My MS Teams stopped working due to a change by my company IT, so I was required to reinstall it. Google goes not allow a reinstall (?) and exits from the play store with a useless message. So I am now stuck with the Teams web interface. FWIW half the apps don't work too well as Google is trying to shoehorn Android software onto the ChromeOS platform. I feel I am back in the days where things didn't "just work". Google's support and development of ChromeOS is just pathetic and seems almost like an afterthought to Android. However, to be fair, for most users everything should just work perfectly, and they should not have to tweak anything and face any of the issues that are very specific to my specific needs.

Great Chromebook, super fast has a nice amount of storage so it's amazing. Has an AUE date of June 2027 which is awesome..Caught this on sale, and open box with all accessories and my only drawbacks are 2 things. The mouse only has right click, you have to press Ctrl when you click something to get the left click which is annoying. You can just get a Bluetooth or wireless mouse and the problem is solved. The other issue is the screen is pretty bad, viewing angles are horrendous. My plan is to use this more for close and personal tasks or remote desktop viewing of tasks I have running on my Desktop. Great for the price and to be honest I rarely use built in displays anyways as they are to small so no big issue for me at all.

Just going to lay it out simply. I got this at an insane price but its still worth it at retail. Pros: - Build quality is great. Keyboard sounds and feels great. Sound is actually amazing for being what it is. - Weight is balanced. Heavy enough to feel solid and premium, light enough to go anywhere. - Battery life is insane. I bought this 9 days ago and I'm still on a single charge with 28% remaining. Daily use for shorter periods of checking email, watching youtube, browsing, etc. - Zippy quick. the N4020 is worth its weight in gold. Solid functionality - Open and go or close and set aside, no need to shut down. - Linux subsystems Cons: - The one complaint I have about the build quality - trackpad and clicker do feel a bit cheap but not enough to be annoying. - Screen. It's small so not good for everything. Colors are a bit washed out and not super bright. - Glorified android phone. Nuances that come with chromeOS. (apps, functionality) - Large bezels around the screen

I purchased this laptop when it was $80. So far it has exceeded my expectations. The reason I gave it only 4 stars is due to the screen. The TN panel is really washed out and colors do not show very well, but other than that this is a great buy. The USB C and USB A ports it comes with are great for such a small and light laptop. The laptop is pretty snappy and I have not seen any sluggishness. Battery life at about 10 hours is enough to get through my day. The additional microSD card reader allows me to store video files when I travel so I can watch movies and tv shows without an internet connection. Lenovo always has great keyboards and trackpads and this laptop is no different, the only issue is the keys are not backlit. At this price point, I really could not have expected that, but it would have been a nice addition. One thing I really like that is not in any review is that there is a rubberized strip on the bottom. I use this laptop on a lap tray and it stays in place very well and does not move during use on the tray's smooth surface. I would recommend this to anyone that needs a small lightweight general-use laptop. Even at the normal price of $140 it is a good buy, but when on sale it is a steal.
