Really nice computer, love the specs! Purchased so I could continue with my digital music collection.

This computer has the speed and performance needed in a desktop.

Since I'm not a big PC gamer, this seemed to be the right computer for me. I usually use my PC for on line surfing, bill paying and word processing. The AMD processor is fast enough to get the job done. The 2TB hard drive is more than big enough for downloading my movies, storing my music and keeping my files. Will continue to update if there are any issues.

I was forced into a new computer when my last one kept freezing up on me. Even though I owned a windows phone, it's different coming from a vista computer to windows 10. It starts up fast and I've had no major problems. 12G ram is great, but the graphics card is integrated which is okay for what I'm doing, but I would have preferred dedicated. It said it came with kapersky but mcafee (yuck) was loaded instead. Told the store about it and they gave me the kapersky so that was cool. I'm not a fan of edge, but ie doesn't work well either, so I went back to firefox. The other issue is having to search for programs it says are loaded but are not pinned nor are in the menu. I initially had problems playing recorded tv programs from my previous computer which prompted me to start searching and assigning programs. That would definitely be a problem for someone who isn't computer savvy.

Easy to use and set up. It is also Very quiet while running!!!

I needed a new laptop for my online training at work. Looked at all the laptops in my price range at the store and this one suited my needs. Got it home and set it up, everything was easy to do. Like the speed of the processor, no lag on the videos. Bluetooth connection is great, my old one didn't have this option. Would definitely purchase this brand again.

Very good gaming computer easy to set up the program very fast

My old computer broke and I didn't feel like building a new one so I went to Best Buy and found this on sale. Nice specs for the money and a 2TB drive. I set it up and it works well for normal everyday things. I really like that there wasn't a lot of bloatware on it. You have to ask for the bloatware. Nice touch.

I have had this computer about a month and am beginning to experience a glitch when I log in. Sometimes it just opens a blank screen, other times it logs me in, but when I open a web page it closes after a few seconds. At least I know the geek squad will take care of it for me! Also, it seems slower than I expected it to be.
