I decided to jump into a Chromebook to replace my aging Surface Go. I know the target audience for Chromebooks are folks that may only need to browse the Internet or check their email online. I strongly recommend deciding if there are certain apps, like Outlook or Quickbooks, that you cannot do without.
That said, the Lenovo Duet 11 does start quickly and runs very well when just browsing or streaming content. Writing quick emails or texting is much simpler with a full keyboard.
There is a learning curve with the Chrome OS after decades with Windows. Personally, I find it to be an okay compromise between Android and Windows. Some of the apps from the Play Store can take some getting used to when running on the Chromebook vs Android.
It is frustrating to not be able to use some apps that I rely on, like Outlook (lose a lot of features) and Quicken. But I expected that. I get around it by using a remote desktop app to run these apps from my desktop. That might not be possible for everyone.
It is great knowing that your Duet 11 is now serving you and your needs well overall, and we appreciate you taking the time to share this with us.

The Duet 11 Chromebook is a wonderful laptop/tablet for travel provding entertainment, internet access, and a great way to stay in touch when away from our regular computer devices. It well made and right sized to make it easy to fit in your domestic and international travel bags. I love the ease of quickly transforming the laptop format to a touch screen tablet. The cameras are adequate for video calls, but not for regular photography. Battery life is pretty good as well. I haven't found anything in this size and price range that is better!

So great! Staff was super helpful.
This is a gift for my brother. Easy to use, good size, can use it as a tablet, so not heavy. Very easy to set up. Detachable keyboard. Very good price.

Chrome has come a long way. So many features and so easy to find them. I’m impressed.
I also bought a hp smart tank printer.
I put the hp smart printer where I can use it a lot.

This has been great for my 11 year old to do his school work as well as explore his creative side. It is powerful enough to do canva and make stop motion videos. He can also access all of his online summer school work with no lag. Other chromebooks could not handle the demand. It is versatile with the keyboard and very light and easy to travel with. The only downside, it did not come with the stylus

I am very pleased with the Lenovo Duet 11 Chromebook. The 11" 2K LCD touchscreen is bright, crisp, and responsive, making it perfect for both work and entertainment. The 2-in-1 design allows for seamless switching between laptop and tablet modes, which adds a lot of versatility. The MediaTek Kompanio 838 processor performs smoothly for everyday tasks, and the 4GB RAM handles multitasking with ease. With 128GB of eMMC storage, I have plenty of space for my files and apps. The keyboard is comfortable to type on, and the Luna Gray color gives it a sleek, modern look. Overall, it's a compact, lightweight device that offers excellent functionality at a great value.

Purchased in Dec 2025. So I recently switched from Apple to Android. I was looking for a tablet to use mainly at work for music and podcasts and online research and making purchases. I came across this device and it seemed to hit everything I was looking for with the added keyboard. At the time of the purchase I was aware of the low RAM of 4GB. But my thought was oh it'll be fine for what I want to use it for. With that said, and now a few months later ... The 4GB RAM is a big bummer. Any kind of basic multi tasking and this thing freezes and slows down. Thankfully, I still have my Macbook and will still use that for heavy research or making purchases and booking trips. This tablet is fine for streaming videos like YouTube and Netflix etc and also playing music. As long as that's all you're doing and not trying to do other things while your streaming anything. The speakers aren't the greatest though either. The other annoying thing that I over looked is you can't use it on you lap like you would a laptop. Even tho this has a keyboard, the way it is set up you can't use it on your lap when sitting down somewhere. It needs to be on a flat hard service to be able to use like a laptop. For what I use it for, it's ok and good enough for me. But be aware of the 4GB RAM really limits this device for any productivity with multitasking and having multiple applications or programs running at the same time. Look for the model with 8GB or a different device entirely if you aren't using it for simple things like streaming video and music. With all that said for the price I was hoping for it to be better than it is, but at the same time it's good enough for me and what I use it for.

Great all-in-one device, being able to use as a Laptop and as a Tablet as well is super convenient especially with the free google suite of applications from the google store. Great proce as well for a quality device, i thought it would be very cheap and flimsy bit that isn’t the case. Very happy with our purchase!

I bought this to replace an aging Microsoft surface. Ideally I wanted something lighter, but it was very important to me to have an attached keyboard, so I went with this. So far I'm finding that it is really great and can really function as a 2nd laptop for our 2-adult household. Still wish it was lighter, but other than that, it is fantastic for my needs - email, internet, spreadsheets, etc.

I was actually surprised at how capable this device was. I was coming from a big chunky gaming laptop and it was just getting way too hard to carry around. But this does everything basic you need as long as you're not trying to play high graphic games or edit 4k videos

This is a perfect travel device. Fit in my handbag so I don't have to bring a full size laptop. Also have a port (unlink my tablet) so I can add a hub that has an HDMI as well as other outlets so it is as versatile as my laptop. Attached keyboard lets me be more productive as well.

I I bought a new Chromebook to replace a Chromebook that I had purchased a few years ago. I was very happy with my old one, and when it came to replacing it, I chose to continue with the Chromebook, which satisfies all my computer needs.

This chromebook/tablet is light and functional. Its great as a travel device because of the form factor, and its capability as a mini laptop or a tablet.

I really love my Chromebook. I use it everyday in class and it has no drag. The apps are easy to read and the updates are automatic are definitely a big help. I also love that the keyboard detaches so if I just want to watch movies I can and the screen quality is amazing.

Thanks for choosing Lenovo and for sharing your feedback with us. We're sorry to hear that you're having some trouble with your Duet 11 when writing with a pen. If we could inquire, what pen may you be using with your Duet? This Chromebook does support palm rejection when writing, with it being designed to work with either hand.
If you're experiencing otherwise, this could be due to the pen in use or software issues. To start, we recommend ensuring your Chromebook is up to date by opening Settings > About ChromeOS > Check for updates.
