Customer Ratings & Reviews

It's perfect for my needs, and even then some. I see people expecting the moon and stars.. from an 11" Chromebook. Let's be realistic! This device is all about portability and simple tasks. It moves fast for my online classes, browsing, and streaming. I even worked off of it using my web-based documentation system and emailing. It's fast, display is vivid/sharp, setup easy as per Chrome OS usual, and I love the features (camera privacy switch, USB-C ports whether in landscape or portrait mode, space in the back for digital pen if one desires, crisp camera's, and the magnets for the keyboard and the back flap to hold up the tablet part works really well). The keyboard is clickey, which I like. I enjoy the feedback I get when pressing the keys. I appreciate it being a 2-in-1 device that allows for tablet disconnection from the keyboard and how easy it is to snap it right back in when needing to get some typing in. For someone on-the-go like myself, needing to get things done throughout the day during little break times? I def recommend.

Overall: Great tablet for light tasks and study support! Pros: - Compact and convenient for streaming and internet browsing - Excellent companion device for multitasking alongside a laptop - Handles basic tasks smoothly, including documents, emails, browsing, and lecture videos - Reliable performance even with split-screen use (e.g., documents + ebook) - Keyboard is smooth and responsive - No noticeable speed issues during typical use Cons: - Stylus sold by Best Buy is not magnetic, making it easier to misplace - Tablet can tip over easily when used on your lap - Keyboard may leave marks or scratches on the screen without protection Recommendations: - Opt for a magnetic stylus from alternate online sources for better portability - Invest in a case and screen protector to prevent wear from the keyboard - Use on a stable surface rather than your lap to avoid tipping

Small and powerful. I love that I can have a portable tablet that also has a case with a stand and keyboard all in one. My chrome tablet is a perfect addition to my school supplies and textbook. I also use it while I am at my doctor’s office.

The Lenovo Duet 11 Chromebook is a solid budget-friendly 2-in-1, ideal for casual browsing, media consumption, and light productivity. Its 11-inch 2K touchscreen is surprisingly crisp and vibrant for the price, making it enjoyable for watching videos and reading. The included keyboard and kickstand are a welcome addition, transforming it into a functional, if somewhat cramped, laptop. However, the MediaTek Kompanio 838 and 4GB of RAM mean it's not a powerhouse. Expect some slowdown with multiple tabs or demanding apps. The 128GB eMMC storage is adequate for basic use, but power users might find it limiting. Pros: Bright and sharp 2K touchscreen. Included keyboard and kickstand. Portable and lightweight. Affordable price. Cons: Modest performance (4GB RAM, MediaTek processor). Limited storage (128GB eMMC). Keyboard can feel cramped. Overall: The Lenovo Duet 11 is a great value for those seeking a portable and versatile Chromebook for everyday tasks. If you prioritize screen quality and portability over raw performance, it's a worthwhile option.

Convenient, fast, touchscreen, long lasting battery, detachable keyboard.. I'm not sure there is a wrong anything with this choice..

I am really happy with the purchase. The chrome book is very lightweight, the speed is ok for my needs: I mostly search the web and do some work. The size is perfect for my needs.

I would recommend this to anyone that needs more than a tablet but a little less than a bulky laptop. Very portable, light, fast processing and a really great deal! Buy one, you won't be disappointed!! Goes great with a cup of coffee!

It works so good. The battery life is amazing it lasts all day while im at school

This is easy to use and fast! I love that I was able to load my information through my Google account. I would give it five stars, but it does not accommodate additional storage with an SD slot.

great for note taking and its small and light enough to take everywhere i need. the only issue is the volume and audio is a bit finnicky at times.

I bought this for my super intelligent and creative 7 year old son and we love it. Its very stylish and the camera on the back makes it even more stylish, it's easy to use and set up, fast and easy to navigate. It's perfect for light work and everyday use. He'll be using it for small tasks and entertainment. I dont believe its suitable for work in my opinion but great for simple tasks.

Perfect for our child for school use. It's compact and fun for her to use and motivates her to finish her schoolwork. The keyboard detaches super easily, which has downsides, and I do wish it was a little more protected. We are probably going to purchase another for one of our other children.

This computer is a great investment for a small business. I haven’t had one issue, I recommend this device for any use weather for work, Financial tracking and organization, or just for fun.

Very portable and great for my eBay business! Does just as much as my laptop did and more!

love this thing! so happy i went with this choice!

Great for college student! Highly recommend to purchase for a great price!

I’ve been very happy with this Lenovo Duet Chromebook. It’s lightweight, fast, and the touchscreen is very responsive. The display is bright and clear, making it great for streaming, browsing, and getting work done. The detachable keyboard is convenient, and the battery lasts a long time on a single charge. Setup was quick and easy, and ChromeOS runs smoothly. Overall, this is an excellent value for the price, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, portable laptop.

This Chromebook is not for everybody. It is not an option to use this device on your lap due to the method it uses to stand up. That's okay for me; I never place any laptop computer in my lap. This device does not have enough RAM to open multiple tabs in Google Chrome or to multitask. That's okay for me; I very seldom open more than one tab in a browser or multitask. The screen is quite small and the keyboard is compressed. That's okay for me; this device is the size of a tablet. I am used to using tablets when I am away from my desk. I actually like the compressed keyboard. The one great thing I think everyone would agree on is this Chromebook's battery life. I have used it for about 15 hours on one charge. Another plus for most users would be the sharpness of the 2K display that helps you forget about its small size. You can separate the keyboard from the unit and use it as a tablet. However - as least as far as I can tell - you cannot use the keyboard when it is separated. Perhaps this is not a big need, but it would have been nice. In summary, I think it is up to the buyer to assess the appropriateness of this Chromebook. It is a great fit for me, but will it be a good fit for you? I can't say.

Pros: The design, battery life, keyboard, display, weight, place to store the magnetic pen....all of these things were a huge selling point for me. I loved this concept so much! Cons: SLOW, would freeze and become sluggish and unresponsive. I could not have more than 2 tabs open even if everything I was working on was cloud based. I wasn't able to open email, drive docs, at the same time. I am a teacher and I brought it to an IEP meeting and it was useless. I was extremely disappointed. I wanted to love this product so much. Everything was great design wise however the memory and productivity just simply isn't there even with cloud and web based programs. I tried a hard reset, power washing, and running updates...nothing helped. Sadly, I had to return the device.

This is a good buy. It doesn't have a lot of memory BUT if you are using google applications and/or cloud storage, a lot of memory isn't really needed. I bought this to use as my role as VP of the PTO and I needed something compatible with Google Applications, small enough to tote around, but with the versatility of either a tablet or a laptop. I love it so far!
