I bought this on the recommendation of the sale associate. I don't know if it is Windows 10 or the product itself but I have had more issues than I ever did on my old Win 7 machine. Errors on startup, Bluetooth won't work after sleep mode, IE became unstable and had to be reset. I have downloaded drivers and applied all updates but still have issues. When I finally get it started and working it works great but I hate to leave it because of the startup and return from sleep issues. I guess I should have done more homework before purchasing.

This computer has so many features that it will take me a while to use them all. I absolutely love the memory, the lighted keyboard, and the sound. I do wish the speakers were not on the bottom and that it had a disc drive. I didn't think is need one but now I've needed it twice!

I use a LARGE Dell tablet (21") for my desktop computing, and I also tried using it for off-site work, too. It worked okay most of the time, but the third time it was in the shop, I had a deadline to meet and decided to get a laptop that was easier to take with me. I got lucky at the local Best Buy because they had a like-new return for just half price! I didn't even look at any other machines and grabbed that one before someone else did. I have not been sorry. My only fault to find is the processing speed seems a bit slow, but it's nothing I can't cope with. After all, my primary reason for buying this Lenovo is for my book editing work.

I have been an HP user for years but was persuaded to purchase this Lenovo. It is much slower than the 3 year old HP I replaced. I don't know if it is the PC or Windows 10, but it is constantly losing my internet connection. I have to re-establish a connection every 5-10 minutes. It is the same whether I am using my internet at home or a public site. NOT A FAN OF LENOVO OR WINDOWS 10.

This laptop works well but mine has a defective wireless radio. Best Buy has not been helpful at all with resolving this issue with my brand new lap top.

was in the market for a new laptop. had an open box of this one....was returned from a previous buyer. no problems, works great, fast and easy to use, and got it cheaper cause it was an open box item

Wish it had a standard VGA port. I'm still learning it. The Wi-Fi needs to be restarted every time it comes out of hibernation or sleep mode. I'm also still learning Windows 10 so maybe there is a setting I need to utilize?

This computer has so much capability. It works very well for my needs. The touch screen works great. I am extremely impressed with it and glad to have purchased it.

I've owned several laptops through Best Buy, and I have to say to date, this is the best one. Even though it was an open box it still performed and is very useful for me and my home business.

This item was a display model, after reading some reviews I decided to give it a try. Many complaints were about wireless connection and to my surprise it started as soon as I tried to connect to my network. It kept saying there was no connection when I knew there was, long story short I was ready to return it when I came across a forum that talked about wireless AC, bingo! My router was too old and needed to be replaced with a new router AC, this computer connects to my network so fast now and my downloads are extremely fast too.

I like my new Lenovo very much. Learning Windows 10 has been a bit of a challange (jumped from XP to Win10). However, I am getting the hang of it. As far as my visit to BestBuy, Your sales assistant was helpful & knowledgable. She helped me pick a computer that fit the needs I have and works well for what I do. She also assisted with info about extras I might need (external DVD drive). I would recommend your store to about anyone trying to purchase a new computer (or other electronics). Thanks for a great shopping experience!

This is one of the best computers I've bought, memory good and fast and 1tb of hard drive, I highly recommend it for colege.

LOVE this computer! I didn't realize it had a touch screen when it was purchased, but it has run fantastic! No Complaints.

I bought this mainly for browsing and homework purposes. It is a great laptop, very slim and well built. Works for what I need it for and is very fast. I r8 8/8.

the keys on the keyboard occasionally stick (get caught). Might be the low profile style? Constant "limited internet" message, where I have to disconnect and reconnect to fix. I've heard there is an update online, but I have not had the chance to download it.

I have not comfortably acquaint myself with the Microsoft 10 program and to find stored data like I did on my previous laptop.
