I'm still having trouble adjusting to the mousepad as it is all smooth & big. I like mousepads to have definite buttons. I use this laptop for work & I love it.

From it randomly crashing with no error messages, to some graphics error talking about Windows 8. I don't have the exact error message on hand, but I searched online for ways to fix the issue. I could not find a quick solution, and haven't had time to dig deeper to try and resolve the error. It seems maybe all they did was take a computer with Windows 8 and upgrade the OS on the computer but i cannot say 100% on that. If I had a chance to go back and not buy it I would. I do not recommend this laptop.

fast processor, good sound and video quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.bought an open box asus--had to return it due to poor video quality. got this instead--love the video and sound quality. screen very receptive to touch. i sent this to my niece in another country. within 1 month, she complains that while using it, the screen suddenly dies, but sound still functional. rebooting resets the system. frequent problem. now they are trying to contact lenovo international support. will update my review later once i get an update fr them.

It's been that long ago that I purchased my Inspiron15 desktop unit with Windows Vista from Best Buy. Now I'm learning Windows 10. A real challenge for retirees, but doable with all the 'tools' that come with the Edge 2.
