If it is Windows 10 that you are trying to learn your way around, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.

After talking to Lenova Support, they said they were aware of issues and working on update and to "ignore." Now here we are, 70 days into ownership, and the power button is jammed and stuck. Cannot turn computer on. Lenovo says it's not covered under warranty and want to charge $99 to determine if button stuck was due to damage even though the computer has never been dropped or handled roughly. If they "determine" it was, then they want to charge more to repair.

Don't buy a boxed resale computer

Well I don't believe that to be true now, this Lenova blacks out on us all the time in the middle of use, also problem with screen when on internet keeps coming up very small, can't see it. Wish I had returned it within 14 day time frame but didn't start messing up until 2 days after that 14 day return period was over.
