I like my Lenovo 2 in 1 for it's versatility. I like to use it more as a tablet than a laptop but when I need to I can use it as a laptop. I like the Lenovo brand.I am still learning about my product and am sure it will not disappoint me.

Thought this was a great deal. Nice features and back lit keyboard. Original packaging was included and certified by Best Buy. When I got it home the charger connection was loose and wouldn't charge. I brought it back. Can't comment on the laptop but was disappointed in the 'certified' status.

I like the PC and Tablet feature, it is much faster than my old one and the "Geek Squad" was very helpful in the conversion of old to new

It has the speeds she need the versatility when she's in the car traveling doing her homework and any time I need to get on it and allows me to do what I need to do and pay bills

This one has an impressive spec sheet for the price and the demo laptop in the shop was performing good. Not sure what happened with the one i bought, it was sooooooo slow. it kept slowing down every day. i think it is a windows 10 thing. This laptop is not handy, it is heavy and the gunmetal exterior gets a lot of fingerprints and smudges, like a stainless steel refrigerator. I returned it for a lenoveo thinkpad with win7. pretty happy about it.

Had an Asus for about 5 years but wanted something a little better so talked to the salesman and a member of the Geek Squad and opted for the Lenovo Edge 2 and am so happy with it!! I would recommend this to everyone.

I really like this computer. I especially like the touch screen and being able to go back and forth with that and the mouse.

Computer is great however was misinformed when purchased I was told it came with office and come to find out I would have to purchase

Great for movies and web surfing. Jbl speakers gives you a surround sound experience. Only Con is the laptop freeze up sometimes.

I read the reviews after we purchased the computer and found we were having the same problems other people were having. It will sometimes take forever to turn on. There's something weird with the mouse where it wants to magnify and shrink things when you use it. It lost the internet connection couple times. Love the touchscreen but there have been several times the sscreen doesn't work right. Taking it back.

Bought for a friend and set it up in 10 minutes. Very fast. Touch screen was awesome. Will defiantly recommend.

I purchased an open box and was really impressed with what I got for the price. Within a few days I noticed an inconsistent glitch with the 10 key on the keyboard where it wouldn't work. I thought I had done something wrong. Other that that it worked fine. Suddenly I was unable to use the 10 key part at all and then the screen went black. I tried rebooting and the keyboard worked properly to input the pin, but not at all when it loaded and then black screen again. I took it back and they gave me a brand new laptop same brand. Within 4 hours of having it the keyboard started doing the same thing so I returned it for a different brand. I looked online and saw many others experiencing the same thing. I wish it worked because I loved the laptop and all the features. I will say that the employees at Best Buy in San Marcos did a great job (across the board) helping me with this situation.

This 2-in-1 computer is fast and powerful. I use it for basic computing-not high tech gaming. It plays videos smoothly and allows me to play my facebook games without interruptions. it keeps a multitude of programs going at the same time so that I can refer to other websites when researching an email or any subject. This is one of the most efficient pc's I have ever owned.

Nice computer but slow at at times. very slow loading word and excel. Battery runs down very fast...not happy with that!

Purchased to use for seeing machine. Problem 1, no disk drive, problem 2, mouse usage with machine program. It is lightweight and easy to take with me.

Purchased first Lenovo Edge 2 on Dec 3. 2015. Had multiple video driver errors and crashes. Ran Lenovo diagnostics failed video tests. Took results back with laptop to Best Buy and got another Edge 2. Within a week had the same issue with failing video tests. Brought it back in and spoke with geek squad and was told to pick out another brand, told ASUS might be better. Chose a comparable Asus system and was told by another geek squad guy that ASUS wasn't that good and "Good luck with this one". Wow, really...?!? I am assuming I will be bringing this one back also due to the lack of faith from the geek squad guy about its quality. I am pretty disenchanted with the whole experience and I wont be buying a laptop from them again.

Works well, I use it for work and I love the separate number keypad. I also love the longer keyboard, it feels like a desktop PC when typing.

Great 2-1 for my personal, home needs. Easy to set up and use. First time with Windows 10 but very easy to pick up the basics. Recommend.

The computer that I purchased is replacing another laptop which I had purchased from Best Buy over 5 years ago. This new computer performs all of the expected tasks I have given it.

I am still learning how to use windows 10 but laptop runs well and have no problems since I purchased approximately a month ago
