Nice laptop but one of the drivers are not working right so i will have to take it back to fix it

I purchased the laptop after reading some reviews. I finally went into the store to get physical with it. The edges were a bit sharp and the unit was a bit heavier then most but overall I thought it was a nice unit and purchased it. UNFORTUNATELY.. within a day or two I started hearing an annoying "popping" sound coming from the speakers with the volume up but without using any media. And yes, many would say the speaker drivers needed to be updated.The unit eventually would not boot-up consistently and although I purchased the additional 3 year protection plan, it was too soon to call the Geek squad. I did a complete return and refund.

I was very pleased with my purchase. The computer does everything it should do. I am still trying to get use to Windows 10

This computer seemed like a great purchase at first. I picked it out as a second choice to one that I had originally wanted that went out of stock. I have enjoyed this computer, and all of its schematics work well, but it has had some issues. I had some hardware issues at first that I at first had fixed by the Geek squad (The full year coverage paid for itself there) and they handled those problems quickly and efficiently. However, this computer was not built to last. with almost zero trauma, it has slowly become warped and has a curve to both the screen and the body. This hasn't become a problem yet, but it is slowly getting worse. it also has caused the casing to pop apart and warp into an opening in front of the mousepad. The rubber lining around the edge is also slowly coming off just from general usage. This isn't a bad laptop if you can get it for a great deal, but your money would probably be better spent elsewhere.

It's fast, easy to use and set up. I've had no problems at all, it's been a joy to use.

Our IT department buys this brand of computers for everyone in our company so I was very confident on buying this brand.

Love the large screen size, processor speed and overall ease if using this laptop. For the orice I think it is amazing!

Purchased and in less than the right hinge broke, causing the screen to split in have. Deemed unfixable and replaced. Got home anf right hinge was mounted crooked. Took it back and even the demo had a crooked right hinge. Afraid to get another one, as they all seemed to have bad hinges. I also got an error message that the graphic card had quick working every time I started using the internet, causing the computer to freeze up. Was not able to get anyone to tell me how to fix it..

Works great, but very difficult to start up. No instructions in box to show how to set up.

Was and am a little concerned about the feature where I can flip the lap top to become a tablet, but so far so good.

I did not read product review for this Laptop. But the associate helped me and explained everything in detail. Overall, the experience was really satisfying.

I have had my Lenovo laptop for about two months. Generally, I am happy with it. I find the power button could be easier to access. And twice, so far, my laptop would not power up, but did after I opened and closed it. I am hoping this is not the start of a bigger problem. It is fast and the key board is adequate. Overall, I think that this was a good value for my needs.

the wife loves it and she dumped her old Mac preferring the dual option for a laptop and a tablet. Great pricing also which helped make the choice easier

Overall very pleased with the features and performance for the cost. Great battery life and quick to boot up.

Really great laptop. Very easy to use and I love that it's a touch screen. Plus it doubles as a tablet.

I am not happy with this laptop. Within the first two weeks the wifi stopped working after MS updates and the video card failed Lenovo diagnostics and had to be sent out for repair. It was estimated three to four week turnaround. I also found the mouse pad too sensitive with the video intermittently zooming in and out.

easy to use very fast, good battery life. Very easy to take around

Machine speedy, feels very durable. Metal case strong and lightweight. Very happy with battery life.
