Laptop continues to freeze which results in having to power off multiple times during each use. My laptop is only used for reading the latest news, sports and surfing internet. After several visits to our local Best Buy the product still continues not to meet satisfaction. Geek Squad very friendly, helpful and competent however product does not perform as it should.

Inconsistent programs

In three 2 day workshops, I have had to reboot the computer twice. It gets slow and unresponsive for a few minutes, and then freezes. I use Geeksquad, they have looked and found nothing.

Within two weeks, the machine went completely haywire, both physical and visual keyboards became completely disfunctional to the point that I could not even log in. Stay away from this product!

This one also had driver issues--wouldn't update--and the screen would black out. I returned it and bought a HP instead.

I little heavier than I prefer but not too bad. I had to update wireless drivers out of the box to get on my network but a simple call to Lenovo took care of that, love Lenovo support but hate to NEED support. Would have been 5 stars if not for the driver update.

After doing so, error with the hardware eliminated wifi, after trying everything took it back to store, they cleared it so it worked fine until the same thing happened. Return unit, had another brought in, well sure enough same thing happened. So disappointed because it was really a nice laptop. Don't have time to be dealing with all this. Now looking for something else..
