Computer however is very good. Use as desktop mostly and have only had for about 1 month but no complaints

Good product but not smooth to turn 180 degrees

Had to reinstall operating system 2 times in 3 weeks as the keyboard and mouse went away. Had to let the computer run completely dead, recharge, then the keyboard and mouse came back for a few hours. After reloading software 2 times I said I give up. Even tried Wndows 10. Same issue. Returned to store for a real laptop: MacBook Pro!

Awful laptop!

Exchanged it for new one 7 days ago and I am returning that one today for a different brand. Takes 10-20 minutes to open , keeps stoping and shutting down when I try to watch training videos on you tube. I bought this for a new business I am currently starting and have not been able to use either laptop to do anything. Worst purchase I have ever made!

You can follow the link below to Lenovo.com support-drivers and look for driver updates for mouse pad, keyboard. Be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes, then create a new restore point after the issue has been fixed. Here is the link:

Really good laptop, especially for the money

Considering it has a standard laptop drive I was expecting it to be a tad on the slow side, especially in the bootup and shut down factors, but mine has not been the case at all. I find it to be very fast and opens most programs quite efficiently. The finish and the attention to details on this computer are excellent and the laptop it is replacing, which was the same price point when new a little over a year ago, this one is a much higher quality and much better feel. I would highly recommend!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although the Edge 2 has been replaced by a newer model, this particular configuration is perfect for an upper level high schooler, college student or person looking for a reliable, usable PC. Lenovo, though a Chinese firm, bought all of IBM PC lines and as a person who recommends PCs and teaches basic computer classes I strongly recommend Lenovo. Bought this for my college age daughter--she loves it and has no complaints. I set it up for her and found minimal bloatware, plenty of memory and with Win10 updates a sturdy system. Fully recommend.
