Very slow and connecting to the internet was a pain.....even the Lenovo Tech said we are aware of the problem!

A bit slow at times but worth the price. Some issues with ICloud backup.

This laptop is very fast for only having a i5 core but the 8gb ram makes up for it and can do anything you need without losing speed

Its great for what I use it for. I mostly use it for movies and music, but it's great for pretty much everything. I love tablet mode and being able to switch back and forth.

I loved this when I brought it home but I had to return it for another one. The first one went pixelated. It was very annoying but the store replaced it without any hassle.

I got this laptop on a closeout deal and I've been very satisfied with it. It does everything I need it to and it's also pretty fast with the I5 processor. Recommended.

nice unit.. 2 in one ....but hard drive crashed within a month

We are very happy with our recent purchase,, a Lenova laptop. It works so much better than our previous computer. he fact that Best Buy set up the computer was great.

A good machine and a good price - don't like the keyboard for typing though, you really have to press hard on the keys for it to recognize everything. otherwise okay.

For a 15.6" laptop with s gunmetal shell is light in weight and cannot take away the 360 flexibility which is the biggest highlight with Dolby surround sound system!

My freshman college student needed a new computer and this one fits the bill. Super fast, very portable. Great for his needs.

This computer has problems right away. The navigator could not be disabled. It kept saying it was shutting down, shutting down, shutting down. Pressing a "P" when typing only got you a print screen, the "B" got you some other screen. Need those letters to type many things. Buy a name brand. Someone built this in their basement, and they suck at it.

I'm extremely happy with my laptop. It has everything I wanted and more. I enjoy the speed and the convenience of the apps.

I bought 3 of these for one of my offices. We use them mainly for front desk stuff, they're fast & everyone loves them.

I bought the laptop as a Christmas gift, so it hasn't been used yet, BUT, I would like to say that the deals at Best Buy are unbeatable, as well as the service. I received the computer within two days of ordering, and it looks like a great laptop. Best Buy is my "go to" for any electronic item I might need. Customer service in store is always great as well as via online ordering, with employees always trying to make their customers happy. Great company and great service.

Love the features. It is touch screen and I really love the fact that the keyboard disables when used as a tablet.

Good little computer for what I need it for very light

Easy to use, much lighter than my old laptop. Like the long battery life.

I havent had mine long, a little over a month. I love how light it is and the full keyboard. Works great. My first time getting a lenovo, I am pleased!!
