One side of the lid was sharp as this was the thin edge side and holding it on the other end, the fan side, was too bulky for her hands.

Best Buy was great to get changed out quick, but the issue of having to bring back a new computer twice is crazy. Went with another brand. Will never look at another Lenovo.

Not the computer I was hoping for

It's the only computer I have had trouble with. After the initial help, it has been working well.
