Had to revert back to the origional restore point then the hard drive failed. Luckily had protection plan. Still had to wait a week and a half. Got it back, then it locked up and updated slowly for 3 hours during a time we desperately needed it for our business. It started working again but for how long?? Have had many laptops in the past. This one is not recommended if you are looking for reliability especially if you have a business

Posted .No that your system is updated and running, be sure to create a restore point on the device. It sounds like with original issue was caused by an automatic Windows update that conflicted wit older drivers on your system. You can update you drivers by following the link below. Ok laptop
