good laptop. I only thing i dont like is it does not have Ethernet port. if wifi is down, you will need another computer to fix your laptop

It is functional said a laptop not as large as my old one. New OS is alright would prefer Microsoft to stop messing with what already works.

It seems to be one thing after another. It works fine one or two days then seems to have problems, to the point of not even turning on.

Got this at a great price from best buy but unfortunately the screen isn't sturdy or as strong as i would like in a touch screen.

I bought this computer and it would run a self scan. It came up with a motherboard problem. Also, while I was connected to the Internet on it no one else could get on. I took the computer back to Best Buy and returned it. Keep in mind this could've been a problem with only this computer. I just happened to buy the lucky one.

Didn't get to experience full potential since the open box that was purchased in store barely turned on when I got home.

It was a defective unit, and so I really never got to use it at its full capacity.

This computer is an okay computer for school work. It takes a little time to turn on but once it starts, it work well.

I purchased this computer for my husband and he loves it. Easy to navigate. Great picture screen and the colors are vivid. The computer can multitask with ease. Again my husband loves the computer.

I was so excited when I got my Lenovo. The speakers... INCREDIBLE! The resolution... UNBELIEVABLE. Unfortunately after returning the first one because it wouldn't connect to wifi, then having the same problem with the replacement, I ended up trading for another brand. Disappointing to say the least as I wanted a Lenovo.

I have had this laptop for less than a year and had to get it sent out 3 times for repair to the Lenovo service center. The first issue was the back panel of the screen coming apart which would not allow me to close the laptop without major damage to the screen. The second issue I encountered was the keyboard and mouse pad not working making the laptop unusable. I had to send the laptop in twice to fix this issue and every time I received my machine back, something else was wrong with it. After getting my laptop back from the service center the third time there was an issue with incorrect date and time stating that it was February 17, 2097. The date and time was unable to be changed through settings or a system reset. After talking to Lenovo service center they were unwilling to help me with my issue. I would not recommend this product or any Lenovo product for that matter. Unfortunately my experience with Lenovo has been very poor with both their products and customer service so I would recommend that you not waste your money or time with any Lenovo product.

Really enjoying this laptop. I purchased this one instead of others because of the number keypad. The size and clarity if the monitor is great. Very quick to boot up and process the work do.

This is our second Lenovo laptop. We have been pleased with the features and speed. Hard drive failed at 6 month mark, but was replaced seamlessly under warranty. Would buy another.

You cannot beat this power and flexibility for the money. Works for the laptop or flip it over for touchscreen tablet. Solid performer no problems at all so far absolutely love It

I love this laptop. It will do what it supposed to do. I bought it open box and i have it for over a month now and i love it! I don't know why they are giving this a bad review.

It's pretty, mousepad works good and the keyboard it's comfortable, but it's kind of heavy. It has presents several issues like, Suddenly it is restarted, does not come back from a standby mode and you have to force to Shut it off.

I review many pros and cons reported for several laptops on my radar. I was satisfied with the reviews for this one. I have had opportunities to use it and am most satisfied.

I really like the flexibility from going from a laptop to a tablet or even just being able to zoom in in laptop mode. It's super quiet and thin. I'm happy with it so far!

I really didn't spend much time on this laptop to review how well it works. That's because it was so heavy and uncomfortable to hold! The edges were sharp and dug into my hands. And it didn't work well as a convertible 2-in-1 because when it was folded over into the tablet mode, it felt really awkward and uncomfortable. Bottom line, I returned it.
