Shoddy workmanship and terrible customer service. Want you to pay for having them fix the inferior parts they used for making this. Won't ever buy this brand again!

Very disappointed when the hard drive crashed on a computer less than two years old. We had to pay a few hundred dollars to have the hard drive repaired to operate again. We were told this was a common issue with the Lenovo lap tops.
